2D Art for Level 01

Hello everyone,
today I’d like to show you some 2D-Art I’ve painted for the first Level in my game “Oh my Zombie”.

Painting Software “Krita”

While I was searching for a good painting software alternative that can be used instead of Photoshop, I discovered Krita.
After a few tests I was pretty amazed how good this software is.
It doesn’t have any features for photo manipulation, it is on the other hand surprisingly good at painting and digital arts.
And – very good for indie game developers – it doesn’t cost any money.
It is completly free which helps to keep production costs as low as possible.

The result:

Now I want to show you the result of my first work, which is the livingroom of the player.
This room will be part of the first level.
